Guidlines

1

Submitted papers must be in both MS Word file .docx/doc and PDF format. Font: “Times New Roman”. Length of paper must be a maximum of 8 pages. The papers should be prepared in the following order: Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgements (when appropriate), References and Appendices (when appropriate). For more detail about writing and formatting style please click ICSEGT2025 Template.

2

The submitted papers should be original. ICSEGT usually do not accept review papers, although the program committee rarely makes exceptions for rigorous and critical reviews on topical issues. Due to technical limitations, all papers will undergo an initial plagiarism and AI generation checking by the Organizing Committee only once. Paper with a similarity index exceeding 20% will likely be resent to the author. For resubmission, the author must include an outside Turnitin plagiarism report with the paper.

3

Any author’s name can appear maximum in up to two papers only.

Each paper may include a maximum of three authors. More than three authors may be allowed for interdisciplinary, large-scale, and complex experimental studies

4

We strongly recommend the use of ICSEGT2025 Template containing detailed requirement for preparing the submission. Failure to comply with the guidelines may result in delay of the editorial process, or your submission being rejected. The simple way of formatting is to download the ICSEGT2025 Template and, using a copy paste, insert your paper on the template.

Submitted papers will undergo only two rounds of formatting review. Failure to comply with the required revisions or formatting guidelines after two requests will result in rejection.

The affiliated institutions, including town/city and country, postal address, are to be listed directly below the names of the authors. Please place * pointer next to the name of the corresponding author. Paper submissions and resubmissions must be made exclusively by the same corresponding author.

We encourage authors to include their ORCIDs in superscript next to their names. Authors who do not have ORCID can apply for an individual ORCID at www.orcid.org. E-mail addresses should start on a new line directly under the corresponding affiliation. We strongly recommend that all authors include their email addresses in their papers.
